Refund Policy

Effective Date: 4 July 2026

Bolt Fusion aims to provide high-quality digital services to every client.

Website Design

Once a website project has commenced, refunds are generally not available for work already completed.

Where applicable, refunds may be issued for work that has not yet commenced.

Monthly services including SEO, website hosting, maintenance and Google Ads management are billed in advance.

Cancellation will stop future billing but does not automatically entitle a client to a refund for the current billing period.

Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable once submitted to the domain registry.

Hosting fees are generally non-refundable once the hosting service has been activated.

Advertising spend paid directly to Google is subject to Google's policies and cannot be refunded by Bolt Fusion.

Management fees may only be refunded where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where required by law, we will provide a repair, replacement or refund.
