Clients are responsible for ensuring all text, images, logos and other content supplied to Bolt Fusion are owned by them or used with permission.

Bolt Fusion accepts no responsibility for copyright infringement relating to client supplied material.

6. Website Hosting

Where hosting is supplied by Bolt Fusion, we will use reasonable efforts to maintain reliable service.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability due to maintenance, third-party providers or events beyond our control.

7. SEO & Marketing

Search engine rankings and advertising results cannot be guaranteed.

Google and other search engines regularly update their algorithms which may affect rankings.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, all intellectual property created by Bolt Fusion remains the property of Bolt Fusion until invoices are paid in full.

Upon final payment, ownership of the completed website design and agreed deliverables transfers to the client, excluding third-party software, licensed assets and proprietary systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Bolt Fusion will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
